under the age of 35 years, and send in a copy of his/her passport and a
letter of recommendation of his/her supervisor to the Congress Organiser.

Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is September 1, 2007.
The Congress Organizer should be notified in writing. Payment minus an
administration fee of ˆ50 will be refunded after the congress. Please note
that no refunds can be made when registered after September 1, 2007. As of
October 1, 2007 registration via the website will be closed; you are kindly
requested to register on-site.

Travel and visa
Applications for a letter of invitation are only possible via the
website, as of January 8, 2007.
It should be understood that a letter of invitation will only be sent to
help participants to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa. This letter is
not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial
support. Deadline for application for a letter of invitation is August 1,
2007.
Please note that only registered delegates who have paid their congress fees
may apply for a letter of invitation. A letter of invitation will be sent to
you by regular mail within 2 weeks after application. Applications received
after August 1, 2007 will not be taken into consideration.
